Is there such a

Is there such a gift that can provide these qualities while still being original?

Well there is, and just when you thought all of the best wedding gifts and ideas have been taken. Here is a gift that will create a memorable presentation at the reception by including everyone at the wedding while simultaneously providing the newlyweds with a lifetime wedding display to remember their special day.

It is called a signature frame, and if you?re not familiar with this gift, it is a picture frame that can display photos of the newlyweds surrounded by signatures of their guests. It is a modern combination of a wedding frame and guestbook, it is the best of both and much more.

Most brides will buy a traditional wedding photo package and use the traditional guestbook, but how often do couples really revisit their photo albums and what happens to that guestbook after the wedding? That?s the great benefit of a signature frame because it will actually display those precious memories so they can be celebrated every day.

Why only manage

Why only manage stress when you can master it? Here are four powerful strategies for making stress work for you.

The powerful art of reframing

Reframing is a tool that can alter the pressure we put on ourselves.

Reframing means exactly what it sounds like – to put a different frame on a situation. Have you noticed how different a painting or picture can look depending on the frame we put around it? The wrong frame can ruin a painting while the right frame can please the eye and highlight details you had not noticed before.

The lost art of human hibernation

What with email and cell phones we have made ourselves nearly constantly available. This keeps us “on all the time.”

When animals don’t hibernate as they need to, they become anxious, cranky and sluggish. Sound like anyone you know?

The never ending search for humor

Humor is one of the most magical gifts we have for mastering stress.

How to survive a Shark bite

How to survive a Shark bite

A smash in the face from one of Sale Sharks’ meatier forwards was bad enough but an even bigger shock to the system awaited Ryan Wilson as he got his first taste of elite rugby a fortnight ago.

Leaving the field looking as if he was pursuing a contract with Harlequins and under the ministrations of a concerned physio, Wilson presumed his Firhill debut was over.

Far from it. The physio’s concern was over how quickly they could get him back into the fray and after a swift pain-killing injection that barely had time to take effect, some less than delicate embroidery took place and he was deemed good to go.

“I don’t think I was quite all there when I went back on,” the 21- year-old admitted.

But before the General Medical Council start looking up the number of Gerry Haggerty, Glasgow’s doctor, to check on the validity of this particular treatment, a word of explanation: Wilson’s disarray was nothing to do with any head injury, but rather the swirl of events.

“It’s the first time I’ve had stitches like that then been put back on the pitch,” he explained. “I’ve just never had that sort of whack before. It needed six stitches inside and two outside.

“I’m the worst person in the world with needles and the doc came out with the big needle and I told him that, so he said ‘We can do it [the stitching] without the needle [the pain-killer], if you like.’ I decided I’d better have it, although it was still bloody sore.

“It was just the shock of the treatment that left me reeling a bit, though . . . It’s a silly sport we play, isn’t it?” He was a little less inclined to think so last week when a huge roar marked what was admittedly a consolation try against London Wasps in Glasgow’s final warm-up match.

“It seems like half my relatives were there,” said the English- born flanker

It doesn?t cost that

It doesn?t cost that much to call and thank someone for their business. It doesn?t cost much to send out a thank you card. I think at times we forget that email isn?t the only way to communicate. With the prevalence of spam it isn?t always the best way to communicate either. It?s too easy for that email to be routed off to the trash can by an over vigilant filter program.

The internet can be a very impersonal place. It is ethically challenging to all of us who try to sale a product or business online. Is there a chance of giving away too much with little return? Of course, that is always a chance we take when we offer advice or tips to a customer.

The main idea is

The main idea is to look for a top-rate brokerage focusing on mutual-fund offerings and fees. Among such are FirstTrade, TradingDirect, and Brown/Co. These brokerages do not require any minimum-assets therefore also eliminating any high maintenance brokerage fee. The logic is quite simple; if you have a minimum-asset of $2,000 but failed the required two-trades-per-year then you will be charged 8% of your account-value as maintaining fee.

Ask ?Is it still worth calling an investment?? ?With such fees??. Unless you are an excellent negotiator, why bother. You can freely look for a brokerage with low or no minimum requirements, always, especially when you think your asset-size or trading habits will put you at risk of getting whopped by high account maintenance fees. The main thing is to really look around before you settle with a particular brokerage.

The late 90′s and early

The late 90′s and early part of the 21st century has seen house prices surge in the UK to record heights, this together with the ever increasing coverage of the low cost airline destinations has given the average man in the street the excess equity in their existing homes and easier access to be able to think about buying and perhaps living overseas.

We’ve probably all been on a foreign holiday to some exciting destination, be it Europe, The Americas or even further afield and admit it whenever we’ve seen a local estate agent we always make a beeline for their shop window if not to compare the prices to back in the UK then certainly to see how and what we could afford – we’ve been doing it for years without really considering the possibilities.

4 years ago the number of properties owned by people from the UK hovered at around 170,000. Now there are over 1million Brits owning second homes in Spain and France alone, and figures from the Office for National Statistics recently revealed that around 200,000 Britons travel abroad every year in search of buying a property with the intention of staying for a minimum of 12 months.

The main question we at property-abroad.com are asked by investors and holiday home seekers is “where should we buy”? A difficult question to answer because every person’s idea of owning an overseas investment or holiday property is completely different.

If you?re considering downsizing when

If you?re considering downsizing when you move to Spain it can be more than just a shock to the system to leave a well paying job to become a pool cleaner. If you?ve sold up and released equity to live on have you honestly thought about how long you can practically live on this amount? What about affording your retirement years, trips back to your home country, health care, transportation and the unexpected costs that spring up when we least expect them?

There are ways to afford to live on less and there are ways to make what you have go far further. The bottom line is – to survive in Spain you simply MUST consider your financial position before you make ANY move.

Good luck in realising and securing your dream.

I just worked a case where a young man went out with a back injury after 4 days on the job. On the 2nd day of surveillance, I found him skateboarding.

I would like to share 10 surveillance/investigation techniques that I picked up along the way and from other private investigators.

1) Mini-vans are best for surveillance. Get tinted glass so you can sit in the back, virtually unnoticed, most anywhere. I like the older mini-vans, like the Caravans, as they are more nimble and blend in better (they’re everywhere) than newer ones. Once you’ve worked out of a van you’ll never go back to a car.

2) Stay on the vehicle’s bumper when tailing in the city, and allow a car between you as a buffer in slower areas. There are too many stoplights, stop signs and traffic in the city, making it easy lose the tail.

3) Lack of dew on a vehicle during morning hours could indicate it was moved sometime that night.

4) Verify address by looking at the mailbox for a name or peeking at the mail if it’s sticking out.

5) Determine whether residence is a single or multi-family home by counting # of electric meters.

6) While tailing someone, you notice the person stopping i.e.
